Stevensworth Peak

During an exploratory with DB of the approach to G2, we opted to climb this little peak. It ended up being very rewarding. Climbing a short 5.0 pitch near the northeast face to gain easy slopes leading to the crest, we walked slickrock to the final class 2-3 summit scramble. We lounged in the sun on the top for about an hour. From there, we dropped down to the south, then walked class 2-3 ledges east to the head of the wash below us. The hike out was a breeze under sunny skies and in perfect spring conditions.
